How can companies benefit from Sefydliad?

More and more companies, of whatever size, are receiving requests for support and charitable donations from all sorts of causes and charities. Whilst a company may have a budget for its charitable donations, the time spent in considering such requests can be great and often the job is carried out by someone who already has too much to do and too little time in which to do it. A company that funnels charitable giving through a community foundation outsources the administrative overhead.

Y mae naill ai sefydlu cronfa a enwir gyda’r sefydliad cymunedol neu roddi i’n gweithgareddau yn sicrhau fod achosion lleol yn cael eu cefnogi, fod y baich gweinyddol a’r amser a dreulir gan y cwmni yn cael ei leihau, tra bod effaith y rhodd yn cael ei chynyddu hyd yr eithaf am y rhesymau iawn i gyd ac y mae’n gwarantu cydnabyddiaeth i’r cwmni o grantiau sy’n deillio o’u cefnogaeth.

Deunyddiau cyhoeddusrwydd ar gyfer y cynllun: taflen i’w dosbarthu drwy ganghennau’r mudiad (os yn briodol), drwy ein cronfa ddata ni o fudiadau gwirfoddol a thrwy sianelau’r sector gwirfoddol arferol; datganiadau i’r wasg yng nghyfryngau cenedlaethol a lleol Cymru, cyhoeddiadau’r sector gwirfoddol, a chylchlythyrau mewnol

Deunyddiau prosesu: ffurflen gais, nodiadau yn cynnig canllawiau ar gyfer ymgeiswyr, ffurflenni cadw golwg a mathau eraill o ohebiaeth i ymgeiswyr fel y bo’n briodol

Gweinyddiad: prosesu ceisiadau; asesiad; cynhyrchu rhestrau byrion o geisiadau; canllawiau i banel pennu grant (os oes angen); talu grantiau; hysbysu ymgeiswyr aflwyddiannus; cadw golwg ar wario grantiau
