Salary: £29;,713 (full-time) Cardiff based (will include travel across Wales)
The Community Foundation in Wales strengthens and enriches local communities across Wales by inspiring and managing philanthropy. The Grants & Programmes Manager will be responsible for the management of all grants programmes, working with: donors to deliver their philanthropic objectives; the development team to explore and design new programmes; and to take the lead on impact measurement and reporting.

Development Manager
Salary: £29;,713 - £35;,000 (full-time) Cardiff based (will include travel across Wales)
The Community Foundation in Wales strengthens and enriches local communities across Wales by inspiring and managing philanthropy. Thanks to recent business successes, including achieving the million pound Fund for Wales BIG match challenge, the Foundation is introducing the role of a Development Manager to complement its team. The Development Manager will have responsibility for delivering the Foundation&aposs; fund and business development targets and play a key role in contributing to strategic plans, providing leadership in the field of business development, fundraising and campaign management and in gaining new Fund holders and income for the Foundation.
A self motivated and energetic fundraiser, the successful candidate will be creative and pragmatic, setting and achieving high standards of work whilst adopting a collaborative and client-focussed approach.
