LIZA KELLETT - CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Liza Kellett is the Chief Executive of the Community Foundation in Wales. With a background encompassing the arts, external relations, marketing and business development, she has worked in the third sector in a number of capacities: as Head of Development at West Yorkshire Playhouse (where she completed her Masters in Business Planning for Development); as the Chief Executive of social enterprise Emmaus Leeds – a community for homeless people which she established by raising £3 million and leading the organisation through growth and change; as a Consultant advising on business development to arts charities; and as a Trustee of a school, arts charities and FE college ensuring effective governance. Liza is the Trustee Almoner of St John Cymru, a Trustee of Sherman Theatre, a Member of Glas Cymru, and has just completed over four years' service on the Board of the Wales Council for Voluntary Action.

Liza’s special interests/expertise include: the arts, homelessness, education and social enterprise.
