ROCHELLE BRUNNOCK - GRANTS ASSISTANT
Rochelle joined the Foundation in January 2015 having graduated from Cardiff University with a Masters in Mathematics (MMath). Over the course of the four years she has been actively involved within the Student Voice sector; rallying people to get more engaged with their environment, bettering others and themselves. From this work she won ‘Student Representative of the Year’ at the Enriching Student Lives Awards 2014 for Cardiff University.
During the summer of 2012 Rochelle completed a research internship at Cardiff University which lead to her becoming a published Mathematician within the Journal of ‘Linear Algebra and its Applications’ – Vol 459 (2014) on the subject of ‘On Square Roots and Norms of Matrices with Symmetry Properties’.
Rochelle’s special interests include: Mental health issues – particularly in young people, LGBT+ rights and issues as well as promoting educational learning for all ages and abilities.
