VITAL SIGNS

We’d be delighted if you would spare 10 minutes of your time to take part in our Vital Signs initiative, a unique insight into how people feel about the communities where they live in Wales. You will be joining thousands of other voices across the world who have embraced Vital Signs as a means of articulating their concerns as well as celebrating the things they like about where they live.

By completing our survey you will also be able to nominate your favourite local charity/community organisation to be entered into our a draw for a chance of winning a £1,000 award. A quick whizz through, responding to the tick box questions, should take no more than 5 minutes. Although we’d love it if you would spare a little more of your time to share your views, experiences and ideas too. At the end please nominate your charity/community organisation of choice and it will be entered into our £1,000 prize draw, with the winner to be announced in August.

Your thoughts will help shape our discussions with philanthropists about the needs, strengths and aspirations of communities across the nation, enabling us to guide their giving to where it will have the greatest impact.

Thank you for supporting the Community Foundation in Wales and for being part of our Vital Signs Wales 2015 initiative.
